How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. After shipment, the estimated delivery time is usually 7 to 25 business days, but this can vary depending on the destination and customs procedures. Please check the tracking number provided via email for the most up-to-date status.

Where in the world do you ship to?

Maxxim Paris ships to many locations worldwide. You can confirm if we ship to your location during the checkout process.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and the contents of your order. The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification that includes a tracking number and a link to track its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Can I have my order sent as a gift?

We do not currently offer specific gift-wrapping services. You can enter a different shipping address at checkout if you wish to send the order directly to the recipient.

Do you also ship on weekends or holidays?

Our warehouse operates during business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are generally not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. Our delivery time estimates reflect this schedule.

My order is showing as delivered, but I haven’t received it?

Please first check with your neighbors or apartment management and look in all potential delivery locations (porch, mailbox, etc.). If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us immediately at maxximparisshop01@gmail.com so we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.


Cancel

Can I still cancel my order?

If your custom order has not yet been produced, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been produced or shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you may return the items for a refund once you receive them (subject to our 30-day Returns and Refunds Policy).

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your returned item, we aim to process the return within 1–3 business days and issue a full refund to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Where do I enter my discount code?

What should I do if my payment doesn’t work?

What is the minimum order value?

There is currently no minimum order value to purchase products from Maxxim Paris, unless specified for a particular promotion.

Can I shower/swim with your jewelry?

We generally recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, or engaging in strenuous activities. Exposure to chemicals (like chlorine, salt water, perfumes, or soaps) can cause premature tarnishing or damage to certain materials and platings, voiding any potential warranty.

What materials do you use to make your jewelry?

Our jewelry is crafted from various high-quality materials, which may include stainless steel, copper, sterling silver, and various platings (such as gold or silver). The specific materials used for each piece are detailed in the individual product description on the website.

Will your jewelry tarnish or turn my skin green?

While we use durable, quality materials, all fashion jewelry may tarnish over time due to exposure to moisture, chemicals, or individual skin pH levels. The risk of the jewelry turning your skin green is low with proper care, but we recommend following the care instructions to maximize the lifespan and appearance of your piece.

Warranty

What is not covered by the warranty?
